Terms of Use

This product is created for personnal and Scrap for Others/Hire use only.*

**You MAY:
Use this for personal scrap projects, hybrid projects, picture enhancement, 
PERSONAL website/blog design, candy wrappers, signature tags ect..

Recolor, resize and make small alterations to the designs to fit your needs and to 
match whatever you are working on. 

Use this product for contest, magazine or other publications 

**Providing credit is given to Etc. by Danyale where applicable in forums, galleries,
       and if used for creating banners or blog design on the page somewhere visible.


IF S4O/S4H
You may use this design to create layouts, candy wrappers, invitations, enhancements,
hybrid projects, signature tags and blinkies (ect.) for commercial gain.
I request that any and all file transfers be either in printed or flattened jpg. form. 
So as your customers can not use individual pieces of this design.
I also request that projects you use my designs for are not mass produced. 
You may also use my designs to promote your personal business (i.e. business cards, web
design example layouts ect.. providing they too are in flattened form.
