this is tough, girls. i am SO tired but weekends are supposed to me and john's 'movie date' nights. with his new work schedule we aren't seeing a lot of each other and by the time he comes home we're both wiped out, so the weekend is the only nights for uh... yeah.

so we've got this movie planned, but it's only 8:15 and i'm already about to fall asleep, lol! boy will he be annoyed if i'm snoring before the flick starts.

I totally know how you feel, Val! I only see DH on the weekends and when he's here I just want a break to take a little nap! Okay, a big nap. I could never make it through a whole movie!

I wish dh and I did something like that...but everytime we try one of us ends up doing the same thing, lol. ESPECIALLY if it involves a glass of wine, lol. That five o'clock alarm clock just doesn't make for romantic late nights :P

Then there's tonight....he's playing poker with his friends, my son has a buddy on a sleep over, and my youngest dd just drew all over herself with washable markers, roflol. Yeah...romance is not in the air.

What I wouldn't do to just snuggle up next to dh and fall asleep on the sofa together pretending to watch a movie, roflol!

Well, I made it through the movie. We watched Pulse and BOY was the ending a disappointment. Got through the 'uh... yeah' part and then crashed. I toss and turn a lot in my sleep, but last night I closed my eyes and then next thing I know it's 7:30 and Eden's in my face saying, "It's morning, snuggle bug!"

LOL Yesterday I had my first Friday night off in ages (I work in a scrapbook store) and I was looking forward to a nice evening with just the 2 of us when the kids were in bed..... Well hubby followed them within 20 minutes ROFL Not the evening I had planned haha

Oh WOW Jomi!! You get to work in a scrapbook store?! I'm soooooo envious...that would be one of the most dangerous jobs for me...that and the Sanrio store...I'm addicted to Hello Kitty and all of her yummy little friends :)
