Chloe! I also cooked my first risotto this week! I added salmon and spinich. I don't really care for salmon, but this was good, too!

Nora, that's funny! Great minds........ LOL I made mine quite simple, with mushrooms (dried ones, rehydrated) and onion. I would have liked to add some parmiggiano, but I forgot I finished it yesterday in the pasta!

It was actually way easier than what I expected, but the key is definitely doing one thing at a time. I tried to check my e-mails while it was cooking, but it almost burned so I decided it needed some focusing... and it worked! LOL
