I lost my Designers Digital folder

So I finally got brave enough to switch everything from my cpu to my new external drive. Somehow I managed to lose my Designer Digitals folder. So my paper curls and tears that I use like everyday are gone. Stamped Alphas, a few other things. I didn't have a lot in there, but it's the everyday kind of stuff. Oh, I'm so made. I emailed them and I'm praying that they'll let me download my past orders again. Anyone else had this happen?

Oh man that sucks.... I'm sure they will reset the links for you!! Alot of sites will at least 1 time :)

I have lost some pictures...Still have no clue where they went too, i thought i had them backed up, but i cant find a disc with them on it anywhere!!

O no :( I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that they will let you download your previous orders again. This really reminds my I have to start backing up again. I am kind of lazy doing it, but it's been a while so I have to start soon.

Have you done a search of all your drives? Have you checked your recycle bin? Just a couple suggestions. . .

I need to back everything up too. Otherwise a wake-up-call will soon be around the corner!

I went on a throwing away frenzy in the last month. I went looking for my Sweet Shoppe folder and... it was missing. I had thrown it away be mistake. Now, all of it was older stuff from when they were here, I don't think I've boughten anything since it opened, just moved all the designers in there together. I know I had some Robin and some Christy things, but I also know they were older things too...
I am almost done backing up, then I put in my new extra HD and move it over to the new one... crossing my fingers that it all stays in tack!

oh NUTS! that's a bummer. I'm getting a new DVD burner for my bday, but until then I'm completely without backup. It's my worst nightmare... I hope Designer Digi will set you back up :)

Bummer... my current laptop will burn things, but no other computer can read them (strange) and yea I'm sure I'm closing them and doing everything right, it just won't load on anyones comp but this one... so I am without backup--- I have it all on an External Hard Drive but man oh man, as SOON as my new comp gets here I'm going to be burning everything.... although I've never done it before LOL (not from my external anyways). Good luck & I hope they let you download them again!!!
