scrapped the same photo twice and not realized it?

I was looking at my gallery the other day (I admit it, I like to look at my own gallery :embaresse) and realize that I have two layouts with the same picture! And I had done them both in the same month! Both layouts are multiphoto so that's probably why I didn't realize.

And the really sad thing is that I was hoping to scrap that pic on its own. which I will do six months from now so that it isn't so close to the other layouts.

i think i have! some days i'm just looking through my kits and think to myself "i have the perfect photo for that!" without realizing that i have already actually scrapped that photo. i just go ahead and scrap it anyhow.

lol...I've done it, too, sometimes consciously, sometimes unconsciously. Looks different in the 2nd layout, though, so I run with it. :tongwink:

LOL, I've done it too, but consciously. I can't seem to get a good pic of DBF and I together, so I always scrap the same ol' pic... Already scrapped 4 times, I think!

I will actually scrap the same photo over and over on purpose. If I'm doing a layout about Johnny, for instance, I'll find a good photo that fits the theme, and it's often one I've used before.

I've done it too, sometimes on purpose, but a couple times I had no idea until much later that I'd already scrapped that one! And I usually use one picture per layout, so I don't have your excuse of it being one of a bunch :)

well these replies have been so liberating. for some dumb reason I was feeling like I should only scrap a picture once. I think that's b/c a part of me thinks, "why are you scrapping the same pic again? don't you have a hundred other pics you've never scrapped?"

Oh I regularly scrap a photo several times. And you know the pages never really look that similar!

Oh I have scrapped some of my photos a couple times or more.....I have resigned myself that I will never be caught up on my layouts so I just do the ones that I like or inspire me......and sometimes it is that same beach photo over and over....watch the gallery in a few days, it will be coming up again.....just can't post it yet. :)
