View Full Version : I'm so nervous/excited! My house goes on the market next week!

I'm so excited about finally selling it-- and nervous about it all!!! We meet with the realtor Sunday and then it is sell-sell-sell time!!!

I can't believe we're finally here and doing this!!!

Anybody want a house?? ;)

I've been cleaning like a mad fool!!!!

That has to be THE cleanest house I have ever seen LOL! Now where are all the girls' toys??? Surely you're not depriving your poor children of their toys?? My girls wouldn't know what to do with a room that clean! Good luck on getting it sold! I'm sure it will sell in no time!

Not only good luck with selling your house, but also all the best for your new live in another country. I hope you gonna enjoy it as much as we do our new start in Australia.

You guys have no idea how much I'm cracking up over my house being clean. I am NOT a neat person at ALL. I am MESSY!!! I have had to beat the house into submission!!!!

And yes, the kids have toys!! LOL! Not a ton anymore, but they do have some!!

You'll notice the absence of the master bedroom and living room pics, cause I haven't purged the mess yet!!

Looks great!!! :D I love your house...it's so roomy! :) I'm sure not having squat in there really helps with that though...LOL

hahaha, yes, having an empty house makes it all look so spacious!!

we loved the kids' bedrooms though, they're 11x15 and 11x14 which is pretty good sized for a kiddo! I'll miss lots of stuff about this place!!

WOW!!! Those rooms are bigger than my 11x12 master bedroom! LOL Our house is only 1700 sqft, so we are pretty cramped now with three kiddos...Chloe (my 11 month old) is sleeping downstairs in the "dining room"! LOL It never was used as an actual dining room though...we have a HUGE kitchen, so we just eat in there ;)

ours is 1670 sq feet, but i have loved the set-up, would love a larger kitchen (10x9, ugh) but the master br is 13x17 and it is wonderful!!

Wow, your house does look great and so totally clean...my DH would love to see our house so clean! Good luck, selling a house is always nerve racking but so worth it in the end. Exciting!
