I need to vent

Is it just me or am I the only one whose dh complains about grocery shopping. I was going to go yesterday after I went and had my labs drawn but I was in to much pain. He is going to Walmart to get the oil changed so I asked him to do the shopping. Now he is saying that he doesn't have time to waist his day shopping. My gosh. It will take them at least an hour to change the oil because it is Saturday and he doesn't understand that I would really really apreciated it because I got a shot yesterday that is supose to cause cramping and bleeding and who knows when I will be to get to the store. What happen to serving the ones you love. If he was sick I would do everything I could to help him. But when I get sick forget it. I am just really grateful we live with my MIL and FIL. They watched the kids almost all day yesterday. Thanks for letting my vent.

I don't blame your dh, I hate grocery shopping too. Although being a mom, I know that it's a bonus to be without a car and being at the grocery store at the same time. It's like killing 2 birds with one stone. Now my kids are nagging me about having no food so I must go to the store.

HAAA...Jenn, men are soooo like that sometimes. One weekend we were BBQ'ing and I sent him after potatoes and more steak. He came home with kitty litter and beer. HA!!!!!

Uhhh no matter how much I hate grocery shopping its so much worse when I have to write a list for DH he only ever gets what is on the ruddy thing! How is a girl meant to remember everything for a list?

Though when I am sick he does at least haul butt to get at least a few things for us to eat! Mind we could live off what we have in the pantry for oh I don't know at least a month! Hee hee. Him outdoors says we have a grocery store right here in our own home!

I totally understand although I have the opposite problem. My DH comes with me (yay!) but when I ask him what he wants...should we get this one or that one...he can't decide and he knows how I hate making the decisions! Ahhh, dh's are always some type of trouble! Ha, ha!

I LOVE the kitty litter and beer...too totally funny!
