adobe upgrade?

I have been using PSE and I have received an email with a special to upgrade to Photoshop CS2. Someday I would love to have the suite. Does anyone know if Adobe ever offers an upgrade to Creative Suite for photoshop users like they did for PSE users to upgrade to photoshop?

There is an upgrade from Photoshop to the Suite available for those on Photoshop 7 or CS, so whenever CS3 comes out, there MAY be a special offer for PS CS2 users, but at the very least there should be a standard upgrade price.
