I'm looking for the perfect background paper for the next set in my weight loss album. Here's what I've been using, a notepaper one

But we're starting round 3 now and since I'm breaking my book up into sections i thought it would be good to pick a new background. I want to use it for every layout in this section of my book, so it has to be neutral (like the note paper) so I can add whatever I want to it. I spent nearly 45 minutes online last night (geek!) looking for the perfect one and didn't find anything. HELP!

I was also going to suggest graph paper...or how about legal pad paper? Yellow with lines...I know I've made some...trying to think of where it is...Ok, found it...in my DayPlanner2 kit there is graph paper, notebook paper and legal pad paper. You could also use kraft paper, mulberry paper, maybe linen? Can't wait to see your new section.

How about newsprint? Something like the paper they would wrap food like fish and chips in or deli meat or something. Or would that make us hungry, I know it probably would for me, LOL!

i was thinking kraft paper too.

here's a link to a layout with that in case you haven't seen it....

I've also used it for my Christmas card and my 2007 calendar, so it's versitile!

I think craft paper would be SO cute Val. You could do so much with it and it would look great with any color.
OR...
You could use black notebook paper this time...

I like the idea of the newsprint. Kind of like "making the headlines,"- that would be fun!

Melany Violette has a paper pack- Natural Essentials- that's a freebie. It's got some really cool papers that would be great for backgrounds (kraft, recycled, newspaper, ect.) You can find them HERE (http://www.simplycleandigiscraps.com/freebies.html).

Thanks for all the suggestions, girl! Tamra, I really like that kraft paper she has. I have my own that's kinda like, but it's more of a grey chipboard and I didn't like it for backgrounds.
Sarah, I do love that denim background, but it's a little darker than what I want. I'm going for the 'blank canvas' look.
Maybe I'll do the kraft and those scrapgirl templates.
