Well, good news- we are back under contract with a contingency that we must close by May 9 at 5:01 p.m. or we get all of our earnest $ in cash.

At least if it doesn't work out, we will get some cashola and I can go have a digishopping spree!

Wouldn't my dh die if I spent $1250 on digistuff? LOLOL that would be a hoot!!!!
