It's pretty quiet in here. Is everyone having a sunny weekend or something?
I had a great day. Jaime took the girls to the Rod & Gun club to shoot bow & arrows and was gone for 6 hours! They had a BLAST and I had a nice, relaxing day. Got my workout in.. a nap.. some work done. Really nice.
Tomorrow we have a birthday party to attend that sounds like it's going to take up the whole day.. eek. Should be fun though.
How's everyone's weekend going so far?

Dane's baseball game was caneled due to rain. We had a 1st birthday party to attend and tonight we are going to a friend's house. Megan is camping with the girl scouts. All in all, a quiet day.

DH and I are spending some quiet time together. He really missed me while I was at the conference.
We picked up a desk for my scrap/craft room, and we've put together one part of it. :) Now I have to move the stuff in my room to one side, so I can put the desk on one wall and start cleaning up this mess.
This afternoon, we're going to go see Shrek 3...
Tomorrow, we grocery shop, clean the house, do laundry....and in general, just hibernate at home. :)

Yesterday morning hubby went to his railway - they had to lay down track, hard work! I minded the kids and as it was still sunny I thought we go for a walk. Unfortunately a tire of the stroller was flat so we were unable to go. We had a play in the garden instead, swinging and trampoline ;-) And then it started raining... really bad! The kids had a little nap and I have been playing in PS a bit. Hubby came home and went grocery shopping. When he came back we made some popcorn and watched the movie "Open Season" together and it was fun. The next hour I did some ACDSee organizing and DH prepared dinner. Well, that was about it yesterday.
Now I am reading here, drinking my morning coffee and then I have to dress myself properly as we are going to a Bead Show to satisfy my other addiction: jewelry making! ( I have to admit that the digital scrapbooking is way stronger though..hehe)

DH and I (your ole Pop and mom) went to Home Depot to do some shopping. Had to get some new rain gutters to replace the worst ones on the house. Also got a new sink for the guest bathroom and will be getting a new toilet on our way home from Josh's house. Also got a new shower head for our bathroom. Lots of fun stuff. Trying to get the work done so we can get this house on the market. Sooner we sell, the sooner we can move to Oregon. Pretty quiet day all in all.

Not much going on here. We went to the mall this morning to return stuff and it really did me in. I thought I was fine, but it was more than I could handle so I came home and spent the rest of the day sleeping on the couch while my dh mowed the lawn and entertained the kids. We had pizza for dinner and I'm trying to catch up on some e-mail, but I'm so tired so I'm heading to bed soon. The men & boys are watching Indiana Jones 2 right now.
I think tomorrow will be a VERY low key day here too. I'm having a test on Monday and I can only eat liquids tomorrow. How boring!!!

Where are you moving to in Oregon? Will you be in the Portland Metro area or somewhere else? I'm in the suburbs outside of Portland.

6 hours??? Pure heaven lol.
My youngest (2 years old) had a gymnastics performance and certificate/award afterwards at 9am. It was pure chaos! 2 years don't listen too well and they are go, go go lol.
Then I took DD1 over to the zoo for the bday party I had booked there for her for her classmates. It was nice that someone else cook, served food and cleaned up :D The best entertainment for the kids = running around in circles and hiding from each other behind chairs and under tables. lol. Her bday's actually in a week and a half...but my brother's wedding is next week so we had to do it early.
we have our usual church tomorrow morning, but it'll be extra long b/c we have a membership meeting afterwards. So we'll probably be there from 9:30am - 1pm-ish. Then DH has softball practice at 2pm and hoping he comes home before 6pm.

They're hoping to move to Southern Oregon... the Gants Pass/Medford area. We have quite a bit of family there.

We were gone from noon until after 8pm last night. Ryan had a baseball game, then we went to a pool birthday party for the rest.
Today we have a the end of baseball swimming party at the coach's house that will be from 3pm until 7pm.
Then we are on to the end of the school rush all next week. Stuff everyday until the last day of school on Thursday. And I have to finish the album for Matthew's teacher and assemble the teacher's gifts...
And somewhere in there, I have 2 CT pages to do also.
Next week it's my dad's Birthday on Wed. and my parent's anniversary on Sun. We are trying to surprise them with flying in my brother for at least a day somewhere in there.
Gosh Laura!!! 42.6 pounds!!!! You ROCK!!!!
Off to make potato salad...

We ended up cleaning up the outside of the house, most of the weekend. Tim cleaned out the gutters and trimmed trees while I stood by and freaked about him being up on a ladder, two stories high! LOL The place is looking GREAT outside though...I stink at yard work, so it's wonderful to have help with it...now I need to go buy some flowers for out front before our company arrives on Friday! :)
