You know... I could also post recipes for Flan (caramalized custard) and Arroz con Leche (rice pudding), arroz y frijoles negras (black beans and rice0 and Pork marinated in mojo.....

OK~ most likely it will be next week when I post the recipe. I am going to make it tommorrow or Sunday, and I want to make sure I wrote it down right, before I go sharing it, LOL! I'm waiting for my Plantain Banana to turn black, so its ripe for frying.
