Okay, my four kids are now in school and I am bound and determined to figure out this digital scrapbooking thing!! My first question is where do you actually create your page? Do you do it within Photoshop Elements? Do you open a separate file? How do you get layers from the saved version on your computer to the page you are working on? As you can tell, I am a novice at this but a very willing and eager learner. I just have a lot of silly questions!! Thanks in advance!
