Good luck, sweetie! When my parents listed their last houe here in Mi. my mom basically followed my sliblings around (who were still living at home) picking up behind them, lol! She was constantly baking cookies or lighting candles to make the place smell homey. the agent she listed with would call at the last minute and say, "Hey, I have someone who wants to look at the house." ACK!
