Don't know what's happening to me, but I'm feeling really weird tonight, my head is spinning, I'm weak, feels like I'm going to faint any moment. I first thought I had a low blood pressure, but it already happened about 3 weeks - 1 month ago, and it was normal... Do you think it might be linked to "the" time of the month? Gosh, I hate feeling like that. I promise I didn't drink, but it feels exactly the same! LOL I'm off to bed, hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow morning!

I would think it could easily be related to the time of the month. So sorry; take it easy and feel better, whatever the cause! (((hugs)))

I feel like that when I ovulate. I get dizzy or a bit light-headed (?) and a headache. I guess it could be hormone related?

Two things:
- Iron deficient anemia
- Low blood sugar
I'd bet it's low blood sugar, but I'd also check into the anemia with your doctor - especially if it always occurs at that time of the month.
I am prone to anemia (although I'm a bad person, I start feeling better and forget to continue taking my iron)...

Some times I feel light headed and dizzy for no reason at all. Never thought that it could be when I am ovulating. Hope you feel better.

I was going to suggest low blood sugar and iron too. When I was having major issues with my TOTM, I was having the same thing and then my doc started me on iron supplements and I felt better. You lose a lot of iron around that time. My family also has issues with low blood sugar. I feel that way sometimes for what seems like no reason (not that TOTM) and if I have something with sugar in it (fruit usually, but candy will do in a pinch) I often start to feel better.

I hope you are feeling better, Chloe!!!
Someone else was feeling this way over at DST recently too... You know what I thought of that I forgot to mention to her? TSS...Toxic Shock Syndrome...I was reading a magazine that reminded me of the risk of using tampons, and the symptoms were things like fever, dizziness, fatigue, vomiting, various stuff...
I'm not saying that is what you have...you feeling poorly just reminded me of that :(
I hope you are all better today!!!! <3

I don't know if it's true cuz it was just 1 doctor, but I asked my OB about TSS. She said that the way the tampons are made now, the risk is very very low and really only if you were to keep the tampon in for very extended periods of time like more than 12 hours. She said they made changes to the tampons back when the whole TSS thing came out. She said that while there is a risk, it isn't a HUGE risk anymore as long as you use the tampons as they are intended. :D

Thanks girls! I wasn't feeling good all saturday, and unfortunately I had an important meeting at work, so that was really hard to stay focused, but I still managed! Maybe it was low sugar, don't know, but I'm 99% sure it wasn't pregnancy, Jenn! LOL Anyway, I took it as an excuse to veg on the couch all afternoon... 't was gooooooood! LOL

That's good to hear, Michele!! The article was about a teenage girl who almost died, recently, from TSS...I guess it could also depend on your body and the way it handles foreign objects and such...too weird!
Chloe, I hope you are having a better day, today!!!! It stinks to feel icky :(

Today was much better, despite the fact that I got up at 4:40 and couldn't go back to sleep (stressing out about my work)... Man, I'm such a whiner! LOL
