Can't See Animated Gifs Help!!

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and could help me . I just recently got cable internet and since i got cable internet i cant see some pics or animated gifts and this is killing me to found out what is wrong . i try called the cable internet service and they werent much help any advice would be much apreciated . if this helps Im using internet exployer ..

I'm on cable too (in ontario, canada) and sometimes I see red x's too...it isn't your puter or net service it is where the person has the photo hosted at..if their site is down the image will get a red x til it is up and running again.

Oh no Michelle! I wonder if your browser settings are blocking images? Have you tried looking in your preferences? That's wierd that it started with getting cable. Never heard of that before.

Oh man, am I glad to see this thread... I'm having the same problem and so glad to know it's not just me.... I can see most things, but some random images I can't.... I have absolutely NO idea why.... but sheesh, I think I need a super geek to figure it out. Someone please help us!!!!
