I did not post about this in Chatter, but the staff was aware. Sunday morning we had to take Tristan to the ER due to a suspected shunt malfunction (the reason he had surgery in June). They kept us overnight for observation because they could not find anything obviously wrong with his shunt, in the end they ended up trying to change the setting on his shunt to see if that would help his symptoms and released us yesterday. Well since yesterday his headaches have become more frequent and more painful for him :( So I called the physician's assistant today, and they scheduled him for the OR on Thursday. :(
The poor little guy is not even completely recovered from his last surgery and he has to have another...UGH! I am a mess, I am completely exhausted, and this was just the straw that broke the camels back... I am usually so good about staying strong, but I've decided I can't do it anymore, I'm gonna cry if I want to :P

After Posting the PA called back, he had talked to Tristan's doctor and his doctor wants to do the surgery tomorrow afternoon instead, so we will be off to the hospital sometime in the morning, probably later in the morning not sure when. It's possible they may decide to delay the surgery once we get there till the next morning or even friday depending on how he is feeling tomorrow, we shall see.
