Tristan's surgery went well, he was indeed having a shunt malfunction :( . However his doctor could not find out exactly what was going wrong with the shunt, which is kind of scary, and it was flowing some. He replaced the valve (don't worry this does not make much more sense to me than it does to all of you LOL), and left the shunt at the setting they changed it to the other day when we were there. Hopefully this will all help, and make a difference, Tristan does seem to be feeling better now that we are able to be home. Although most the day he spent sleeping and laying around which kind of worried me, usually kids bounce back pretty quick from this surgery, as brain surgery goes, this is pretty simple!

So definitely keep him in your prayers that he is on the mend!

PS. Sorry i did not update sooner, I could not get connected to the wireless at the hospital... Stupid Vista :P
