I reached a goal (190) today and tonight I'm getting my reward: a 25 minute swedish massage!

I set the appointment two weeks ago, so i'd have something to work for, because I knew I was close and could do it.

I can't wait! :)

Rock on, Rachel! That reward is a good idea, too! Maybe I'll follow your lead and book a massage when I reach my goal at the end of this round of Biggest Loser. I'm only 12 pounds away--I can do that in 10 weeks!

Only 40 more lbs to go (and 3 more massages) to reach my goal!

Once I reach my goal, I get a full day at the spa....facial, massage, the works... :)
