Dang insurance companies....

Remember when I hurt my arm in August - I fell against the door frame in my scrapbook room tripping over something? Saw a doctor, had x-rays to make sure it wasn't broken...and it turned out to be temporary nerve damage?

Dang insurance company...

"Please fill out this Report of Accident, Injury, or Work-Related Condition" form.

I *told* them repeatedly the day I went in TWO THINGS:

- This is NOT a workmen's comp issue, I did this at home.
- This is NOT a domestic violence issue, I tripped over something on the floor.

Did anyone believe me? NO. Now I have to fill out this form, and swear up and down it is NOT one of those issues.

Just pay the dang claim, would ya?

Trust me, the first time my DH hits me in anger is the LAST TIME he hits me in anger, and he'd be divorced so fast his head would spin.

Dang - I hate that!
They make the therapists for Matthew fill out a form monthly to pay for part of his therapies. So much paperwork that seems so unneccessary...

Oh that sucks Rachel! Our health insurance is through the school district my DH teaches for, we are constantly getting these forms asking us if we have other insurance. And they hold up paying claims every time until we respond! It's such a pain I know they are just trying to get out of paying claims! On their paperwork I am listed as a SAHM so where the heck would I have other insurance from LOL!
