Does anybody live near a big Disney store?

Maggie just informed me that she REALLY wants Santa to bring her the Jasmine costume that she saw at Disney World last week. Now why she couldn't have told me that last week, I don't know. I called Disney World and they can ship it, but it will be $40 just for shipping. I'm wondering if anybody lives nearby a big Disney store and would be interested in helping me out.

Any ideas? I've looked online at other Jasmine costumes and nobody has the particular one that she saw in the Disney store there at Downtown Disney. ugh!

I live near a Disney store but I don't think it's all that big. Hmm I'm not even sure that it's still open.

Problem is that it's at a place that I avoid as much as humanly possible at holiday time: the mall.

do you have a pic of the costume or can you describe it? (just in case I venture to the mall)

I'm not much help to you up here in Canada, but what about looking up the Disney stores and checking with the one closest to you to see what their shipping would be? Not sure if they do that, but maybe worth a try?

If you send me a link for what you want, I will see if it is at the mall on Saturday. I'm braving the mall on Saturday for the last few Christmas gifts - and there's a Disney store at that mall (actually there's one at each area "big" mall).

Disney.com usually has good deals on shipping? I always order from there and have it sent to my mailbox in the US.

I love you guys...so far I haven't found that particular Disney costume online, though, not even from Disney.com. It's sort of a teal (maybe more like Tiffany Blue) color with biggish sequins. blah.

Actually, DH surprised me and said to just pay the shipping. So I think I'm just going to do that (though I am going to go cruise ebay just in case). Thanks so much for the offers, though. You guys seriously rock! :)

There are several digiscrappers that live near Disney in Orlando right? Janet Phillips, Mikkel Paige & JennStar are the ones coming to mind right now but I'm sure there's lots more. Maybe you could PM one of them and see if they could pick one up for you to save on the $40 shipping (which is outrageous!).
