My goodness... John is on a roll tonight. It doesn't really bother me too much, but I'm up early and can hear him through the floor, lol! I wish I could get him to wear one of those breathe right strips or whatever. He refuses. Maybe I should sneak one on him after he falls asleep one night.

LOL! Guy snores too, and it usually doesn't bother me too much, especially since I've found great earplugs. And I can hear him through 2 closed doors too (he sometimes even frighten the cat! LOL)

um, yeah. Like Chloe, I can hear him through several closed doors. He starts snoring before he's even asleep! I'll poke him and tell him to roll over because he's snoring and he says, "But I'm not even asleep!" ugh I used to wear earplugs, but I can't now because of the girls. Oh well...

Eeek! You poor gals! Luckily, Brandon doesn't snore :) His dad did though, and his mom dealt with it for years & years. Finally, they had him do a sleep study and found he had sleep apnea (I believe I'm telling you right), and now he sleeps with a C-PAP machine (or something along those lines). The best sleep my MIL has had in their 27 years of marriage!

Russ comes from a LOOOOONG line of snorers. I'm a bad sleeper, so it is a problem for us. I've spent many a night on the couch after I've had to move out there because of his snoring. When he'd gained so much weight, the snoring got worse..but he's lost a lot of it, and he's learned to control how he sleeps (now on his side since he snores less that way). But sleep apnea is definitely on the table now, and we'll have to see about getting him checked out this year. I couldn't do ear plugs because of the boys, either.
The break right strips didn't help Russ because it wasn't an issue with his nose.

Todd snores, But I'm the one that's the problem. My son says some nights he can hear me. And we have split bedrooms (opposite ends of the house).

dh only occasionally snores (when he rolls onto his back, which also means he wakes up with a sore back). when I was late pregnant with Jasmine, I started snoring some of the time, again when I had rolled onto my back. I'd have dreams that I ws making a funny noise that I couldn't stop doing, until it woke me up and I changed position :giggle:

Darcy, my DH has the same problems. He's not as bad now that he's lost a little weight, but he still snores loudly. He was supposed to go get a sleep study done for sleep apnea two years ago...yeah, still waiting on that one! lol Insurance wouldn't cover it and he didn't like the idea of spending $1500 to be told that he snores (even though I KNOW it would have said he's got sleep apnea). He had to have his adenoids removed at 12 because he couldn't breathe through his nose (literally...he had to chew with his mouth open because he couldn't breathe. MIL felt SO bad for giving him a hard time about it when she found that out!), but I fully believe that they've grown back. Looks like Katie might have similar issues. We'll see...

Actually, my DH is a very quiet sleeper and thanks to my CPAP machine, I am too! LOL
