So I'm watching my nephew 3 extra mornings this and next week...besides already 'watching' him several times during the week during his nap. So....he comes over at 7:30am...kinda right when we get our girls up. So my girls and my nephew have fun together. He loves coming over and playing here. Then...it was time for DD1 to leave for school...DH was gonna drop her off. Well, she did NOT want to go lol.

And actually, my nephew left pretty 'well' today. He's one of those that HATES leaving places. Maybe it's b/c I let him take one of my girls' toys w/him.

When I go pick DD1 up from school the car pick up line teacher comes and tells me that Wendy's been asking about me and just unlike herself in general. I tell her it's probably b/c she didn't want to go to school today. Then DD1 comes out...and upon seeing me her tears just burst out of her and she starts to wail. Oh boy...so I get her in the car and double park somewhere safe ;) Then I take her out and give her a long, long hug.

Then we had lunch (ok..only DD1 b/c DD2 and I already ate at home) at the park and they spent their energies out there for an hour and a half. At least she's feeling much better now...wish all our days could be turned around just like that :)

We come home to snack and then they helped me put together the Chicken Enchiladas we're having tonight. Well...their job was the sprinkling of the cheese :)

And we even got DD1's book report done. *sigh* about 30 minutes until their naptime :D

lol sounds like you've been busy, Karen! Maggie would be the same way. If one of her cousins was here playing with Katie (and was going to stay after she left), there's no way she'd leave willingly, no matter how much she loves school!

Oh we do a simple one...so the girls will eat it and b/c I'm not much of a cook lol.

I just use shredded chicken (one of those Roasted chickens from Costs - yum) and shredded cheese in the middle. We use a mild Enchilada sauce from the store (I've always used green) and I water that down or add a can of broth to that.

And we have shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips on top. Bake at 350 for 30 min :)
