I dunno if this is a silly question or not, but I figured I'd ask because someone around here is probably bound to know.
I know most designers include in their TOU that their elements and papers are for personal use only. I know that obviously includes making pages, but what about things like blog headers? Does that fall under what they mean by personal use?
I was thinking about doing a scrapped header for my blog, but then realized the most of the sites I'd ever seen that had scrapped headers were usually on websites of designers so they were probably using their own things... so I wasn't sure if it was a huge no-no or something you should ask permission about before you did or what....
