Ok I already have and the refund is long gone!!!! But just checking in to make sure you remember you only have 2 more days to get that done especially since you won't get your economic stimulus payment (if you qualify) until you do........May 9th can't come soon enough for the Vasquez family!!!:approval:

Big collective *SMACK* to DH.

He was pretty sure that we owed big time again this year for taxes. So, in dreading doing them and dreading paying them, he has waited this long to do them. They are still NOT done. So on Saturday he goes to sit and figure them out.... and he's lost one of our W9's! He apparently didn't stick it with the rest of the tax stuff, and it is GONE. We've looked everywhere. I'm really upset.

The kicker? The economic stimulus money REALLY helped with what we were going to owe, and its not going to be anywhere near as bad as we thought... we may actually get a little back.

(FRUSTRATED SIGH)

I told Nate that under NO circumstances would this EVER happen again, and that he WOULD NOT wait this long again.

ah man Andrea - sorry about that - I would be a tiny bit irritated too. My mom does ours and knows I am will continue to bug her until they are done - so to avoid that - she gets them done in January. Now I am just waiting for May 9th.....got lots of plans for that next check we will be getting.........

UGH! We have ours done and back already... I've done BIL's... I have to do his girlfriends yet... I had them done and at the last minute she told me, her mom claimed her so I have to redo them *UGH!* then I am done for the year!!

We have ours done and our refunds back in. We usually have to pay (DH doesn't like to loan the gov't money free of charge), but he mixed something up this year and we got a refund. Yippee! Of course, it's already spent. lol The next one is spent, too. hehehe

We did our federal a while back but its already spent... mostly on bills.

I JUST did our State and Local on Friday. Mine were all even but Dave (my SO) should be getting back $6.00 from city taxes LOL

Yeah we e-filed ours and had our return back by February 10th! We're still waiting for our state tax return though.

Sent ours off on 4/1.

IRS (federal) cashed our check on 4/8 (who says the government isn't efficient).

No state refund check yet, and our economic stimulus payment may actually arrive BEFORE the state refund does - we are in the first batch on May 2.

Yuck!! Ours are just about finished. I know, way to wait until last minute. LOL We always have to pay, so we wait until last minute. We weren't luck this year like Andrea and have to pay. Blah. Oh well, I guess that is life huh?

Not yet! Still have to the end of the month here in Canada. We have a refund coming but it is already spent!

I did ours right at the beginning of February and we had our refund by the 15th I think and had it spent by the end of February lol! We got a dryer, dishwasher, mattress set for our bed and then a dresser and some cube organizers for the girls' room. So mostly stuff we needed for around the house! Now I'm counting the days til May 9th when we get out stimulus rebate!!

We got our tax refund and then 2 weeks later a bonus from my work - so we were little happy campers! Of course it is all gone....so waiting for May 9th too! ;)
