Email notifications for threads

Outside of subscribing to certain threads isn't there a way for me to know when new posts are made, at least to those threads I've posted in? I've got this for other forums and it helps me know when I need to reply again. I went in the User CP but couldn't find the option.

I found it!
Go to "User CP" and then "Edit Options." Partway down is
"Default Thread Subscription Mode" and you can choose what will happen to the threads!
