In the current issue of Scrapbooking Memories (Aussie Magazine Vol 7 issue 2, page 141) My layout Delightful Daughter has been published.

Its my first time being published and I am so excited about it... the only thing is they got the credit & materials details wrong, as they are for another layout that I submitted, but wasn't selected.

Its just so amazing seeing my beautiful DD's face in a magazine.

How exciting! I have to tell you that here in the States, I gobble up SB mags like there's no tomorrow! I am always being inspired and now, your LO will inspire others.

Plus, you get to keep the magazine and maybe will scrap another LO based on the publication. *laughing* Someday, you'll be able to tell you daughter she had her 15 minutes of fame through a SB mag. :)

CONGRATS!!!! There is nothing like the feeling of your FIRST!!! Be sure to let the mag know about the credits being wrong...most mags will make a correction note in their next issue! :)

Congrats Justine. I saw it - that is so fantastic. I have been trying to get published with SM for months and they keep turning me down. At least they let us know, right?

Im really surprised that they haven't accepted any of yours Suzy as a am always gushing over your layouts.

True about them letting you know though, I have submitted to SC and FK months ago and still nothing, so I guess that means no.
