Lessons Learned from the chipboard Queen

Yes I am the Queen of Chipboard and no one can steal my crown because ...

My chipboard word albums are:
(1) Mom album 100% done
(2) Beach album 50% done

Lessons learned:
1. Do not rely on templates to create your background pages. Trace and cut. It's much easier and less time consuming.

2. Create your photo images -- print them on regular photo paper. It looks so much better and it's cheaper. Less use of photo paper to do an entire background.

3. Invest in chipboard elements...they make the pages pop.

4. Glue on the background papers with sticky glue...it lays down much nicer.

What do you mean by that?

I totally agree about investing in chipboard elements! LOVE them and they add so much! Do we get to see your completed album?

Initially I thought that using paper from a manufacturer was better than printing my digi papers/design on cardstock. For me they did not pop (see Mom chipboard in a sec) and my beach album was used with papers from Close to My Heart and I felt they popped and because I traced and cut -- it was so much easier. I will show you my projects shortly. Hope that made sense LOL!
