Nope! Not that kind of baby! I've successfully avoided the potent TDC water...this is a puppy baby!

Lady is a Dachshund mix (mixed with what, I don't know--anybody want to take a guess?) and is almost 2 months old. :)

Here are a couple more pics:

Looks almost like a Blue Heeler mix but that might be impossible if you get my drift.

Congrats on the new puppy! I am sure your house will be exciting the next few weeks!

She's gorgeous!! I hope training her goes well and that the girls enjoy their new friend and responsibilities :giggle:
Are you and Maggie going to take her to obedience school? My brother and I took my dog to class and he was so much calmer and happier after training. Definitely worthwhile :)

I'm going to work on some obedience stuff with her. I trained my sister's dog when she was a puppy--just the basics like crate, sit, stay, shake--so I've had some experience with that. I've read that Dachshunds can be resistant to training, so we're going to start early and hopefully that'll help. ;)

That's good! Yeah, once you've learned how to train them the class isn't nearly so necessary! I hope she learns quickly :)

She's adorable Sinead! Any idea how big she'll get?

sinead

She shouldn't get much bigger than a beagle, or so they're thinking. :)

And Ann...though I might have a touch of baby fever, I'm SO not ready to get back into the baby game right now. At least I can put the puppy in the crate for a few hours and not worry about her. Not so with your own child! lol
