So I am on a diet and am looking for some healthy snacks that are not boring. We eat lunch early so around 3:00 I am in need of a snack.
Right now I am eating natural popcorn that was sprayed with Butter Pam and some white cheddar seasoning.

I love, love, love baby carrots :) I eat 'em plain all the time.
Another yummy low-cal snack:
Vanilla yogurt, crushed pineapple, pecans, and a wee bit of coconut
I think this was around 150 or so calories, low in fat, and really filling.
I also LOVE smoothies. My favorite is Peanut Butter Banana.
Ice, milk, vanilla yogurt, 1 banana, 1-2 TBSP peanut butter. This is super-filling and really good. I know the peanut butter is high in fat, but....I tend to use it sparingly and that protein really fills me up and keeps me out of the pantry :)

Protein is so the way to go. I'm not sure exactly what kind of diet you're on. I've never dieted, so not sure what's "good" for you or not. But when I want a snack, I'll cut a couple of slices of cheese--especially like mozzarella cheese. It seems to fill me up for a while, so like Christine, it keeps me out of the pantry.

ummmmmmmmmm
not sure how healthy this is.
but i love ritz crackers with cream cheese.. hmmmmm yah, thinkin the cream cheese may not be so healthy, but they do HAVE low fat don't they.. rofl
i love baby carrots and ranch too.
cheese is always cubed and ready to grab a small handful.
bananas, strawberries, grapes and peaches are a great go to for something sweet.
don't you love summer and all the fresh fruits.
can't wait for the peach tree to get fruit later this summer.
yum!

Definitely proteins, that keeps me full for a long time too! I love some fat free yogurt, a slice or two of good prosciutto (italian smoked ham, but high in sodium), some cheese even. If you're a sweet tooth, fruits are at their best in summer. Enjoy some for me: I have allergies and can't have any fruit besides bananas and citrus!

I make my own trail mix out of soy nuts, dried cranberries, raisins, honey roasted nuts and dang I can't remember the other thing I put in there, and they are my favorite part :giggle:
If I am feeling a little naughty, I like to use chocolate covered raisins instead of the regular ones.

I love Baked Lays, but then I can eat a whole bag if they are just sitting in front of me. When I'm dieting, a better option that I LOVE is frozen grapes. I also love frozen blueberries with whipping cream in a can (no carbs) for dessert when the rest of the family is eating ice cream.
