I just started my first blog today. YEA!

But I have some questions. Is it okay to link to favorite digi scrap sites or other people's blogs? Do I need to get permission?

I'm not sure but I would think that other scrap sites wouldn't mind. They probably would like the advertisement! I don't know about linking to personal blogs though.

It's perfectly acceptable to link to other blogs and scrap sites and contacting the owner to get permission is not necessary.

If the owner for some reason doesn't want you to link to them for some reason, they'll tell you.... but in 10 years of blogging, I've only had someone ask me to remove a link once, and it was because of an extenuating circumstance, someone she went to church with was stalking her online and harassing her.

Bottom line, most people appreciate being linked to. :)
