My B has pneumonia :(

For those that saw me come to the chat late Saturday...you knew I was at the ER with my daughter who spiked a 104.9 fever and the doc would not do any bloodwork... well this a.m. we were at my pediatrician and my girl has pneumonia. :(

Oh man that sucks... I cannot believe the ER would not do blood work, When I went to the ER awhile back, I was running a pretty good fever, and the took SOOOOO much blood because of it!!

Thank you all! thankfully with the Motrin and Tylenol... when we keep the fever down she is pretty happy but there are times where she just looks so miserable. If she is feeling a good bit better tomorrow she doesn't have to get another shot... oh if she has to go back in for a shot... watch out... she does not scream and shout but she let that nurse have it!

Thanks so much girls... yesterday she was fever free all day so the rocephin shot and oral antibiotics seem to be fighting for her... last night she got a headache and felt real uck but evening is always the worst. :( she definitely looked better yesterday :)

I am glad to hear she appears to be on the mend!! I know how scary it is when your lil ones are so sick!!
