DH is coming home Thursday!! We are keeping the actual day and time secret from Sophia:laught16:... I know bad... But He is coming in super late, and I don't want Sophia to be disappointed or trying to stay up all night to wait for dad. He will be here in the morning when she gets up for school to surprise her:good: I dunno if she is gonna want to go to school LOL!!

Too bad he will be leaving again, for longer this time :wacko:

Oh, and you're not the only one who springs things on kids at the last minute. I rarely tell my kids about things until the day before or the morning of--Maggie would drive me nuts asking questions if I told her too soon, plus plans change sometimes and stuff. My sister tells her kids early and then she has to field the bazillion questions ("Is today the day? How about now? Now? Yet?") for weeks! lol
