Movies that surprised you!

I am always on the look out for a good movie, especially now that we have netflix:good:

Last night I watched Wedding Daze with Jason Biggs and Isla Fisher, i totally expected it to be horrid, and that I would end up turning it off.... I was pleasantly surprised that it was not that bad, and wicked funny... although some of the humor was very crude so I am sure it is not for everyone:laught16:

So what movie(s) Have surprised you and been pretty good??

well the one that surprised me recentely was Dan in Real Life. it stars steve carrell, juliette binoche, and dane cook. it's not your typical comedic role for steve carrell, though it is funny. i couldn't believe how much i loved this movie!

I'm sure I have some that surprised me, but nothing I can think of off-hand. :) So I'll just ditto Leslie instead :giggle:
