Anyone planning to do hybrid ornaments this year? I just finished these right now and they are super fast and fun to make! Just rolled paper and glitter....don't use fine glitter though, it just sticks to the glass.

Anyone else have hybrid ornament ideas to share? I would love to see them. I LOVE making ornaments!

Great ornaments, Kim! So pretty & festive!! I've got some extra glass ornaments that I think I'll have to play with!

Here's what I made for my in-laws. Three sides have family photos, one side has the 2008 and top & bottom have the red damask. Just a plain paper mache ornament, some ModgePodge & done. I LOVE the way they turned out & I think MIL is gonna love 'em!

Cute ideas! We kinda did a version of the glass ball...I gotta add some glitter, I think! Anyhoo, it was one of the ornaments the kids made that I've featured on the Hybrid Kid blog this week! Please remember...a five year old made this! (Ok, I tied the ribbon!)

Oh my gosh, Kim! I LOVE those!

I have those empty glass balls at home too - I never got around to doing anything with them last year.

THANK YOU SOOO MUCH for posting that!

Kelleigh - this is sooo awesome! I bet the would be perfect to fill with some small candy to give as gifts. I think I'm going to make these for my new co-workers. :)
