this is probably a stupid question, but is there a way to rotate your brush in cs2? i have been making new brushes at the new angle that i want, but it would be so much easier if there was a way to rotate the brush while using it. thanks for any help!

ok, i'm gonna answer my own question cause i think i figured it out. on the right hand side of the menu bar, when you are in brush mode, open the brush menu and if you click "brush tip shape" bar on the left side, a place opens up where you can enter an angle for the brush!

I find it easier to create a new layer for each time I want to use the brush. That way, I can play around with the image, rotate any way I want and move it if need be. But, I'm glad I now know the other way! :wink_smil

I love the 'brush tip shape' menu... you can do so many nifty things to your brushes there. I also like that you squish it and change the spacing as well as flip it etc etc. I use that little menu ALOT!
