help with journaling in DIP

I want to journal paragraphs with DIP... But when I type it puts a big space between each line. Anyone know a way to have it look like a regular spaced paragraph like in a book or letter???

I use a text box, first of all. (I'm not sure if this is what you do--maybe you have figured out some other cool way to do it.) When I come to a place where I want to go down to the next line, I hold down shift key and then press enter. If I need to go down two spaces, I hit it twice. Maybe that will give you the spacing that you want?

not positive, but is the text box where you click on enter text and the box comes up? I still get them spaced far apart...

Yes, that's it, Lori.

Try this...when your text box is highlighted, go up to "Text" on the Menu Bar and choose "Line Spacing." That might help you fix the problem. I was able to change my spacing from Single to Double, etc.
