Hi..

i tried to upload my LO twice but the LO never came up.. it said the image was uploaded successful.. but LO never shown in the gallery..

hi there! sorry you are having trouble. make sure the image is less than 100K and no more than 500x500 pixels. hope this helps!

I finally got it after a LOT of tries! The image needs to be under 500x500 - I had everything else right but my image was 500x500 exactly and I guess that doesn't work!

today i tried to upload 4 times but the image won't show up :(
the size is right n everything was right .. what's wrong?

If you do not use Photoshop please let us know what program you do use so we can find the correct way to save your layout so it will be a smaller size and post those directions there as well.

i'm using PS CS and before that I uploaded LO for crop challenge then after few hours I couldn't :( , the size and all was right

a firend of mine uploaded hers and it went through..

Ok so when you do "save for web " after you have changed your layout size to 500x500 72dpi, What is the Jpeg Quality you are saving it at low, med , or high and what is the file size when you save it at that quality?

first i save it to medium, than i change to low .. still won't working

it's really strange.. i couldn't upload my halloween LO, but i could i upload my Xmas LO..

that is strange.. so both layouts were 500x500, 72 DPI and Medium Jpeg quality , 100k or less and only one of them would load??

dunno why, but i changed the title n resave n resize it again
