So we're getting ready for a trip to Disneyworld :disco:

Last year I brought a large, white mat that I had all the characters sign, and when we got back I put a picture of us with Mickey inside it. It's awesome!
But I don't want to do the same thing again this year...

So I thought it would be cool to make a hybrid album and somehow have the characters sign that. But I'm not sure how to make that work logistically.

Thoughts? What would you do with something like this?

At this point, here's what I've come up with.

--print "journaling" pages (basically mostly just pretty papers) and have the characters sign those, and at night I can journal about that day and meeting that character.
--when we get back home, I can do facing pages with pictures (digitally) and print them out and put everything together.

any better suggestions?? :jump:

I dunno....that sounds like a pretty good idea to me!! LOL
The only thing I might think of is using "plain" paper for the autographs so that you can back it with coordinating colours/papers once you do your digi pages.
Perhaps I should come with you to help you with that??!!!:rotfl:

That's kind of what I was thinking, too.
C'mon over! We would have such fun!! Oh, wait. You mean to Disney World. Sure, we'd have a great time :giggle:

Before I went hybrid, I made an album like this for Natalie's Disneyworld autographs:

For the autographs, I made a lot of cardstock tags. The characters signed those (I brought a clipboard with us, and kept everything in a ziploc bag). The tags fit in the pockets of the paper bag album.

For the past trip, I made a larger tag album for autographs. The bottom of the tag was the autograph space, and I left a spot to add a photo and hybrid embellishment once we got home.

(I turned this into a printable/hybrid product)

Have a blast!!!!

Oh that album looks wonderful.

I was thinking tags or cardstock squares that could be added into a completed album later. Less to carry. That clipboard is a great idea too.

Yes! I love the idea of having cardstock squares on a clipboard. Last year we had a mat that I carried with a clipboard, but the mat was 11x14 so it was tough to fit in any bags. Smaller is definitely better :good:
