How do I post to a Gallery?

I tried uploading my first project to my gallery just now and it just doesn't seem to work. First, it was too big (my bad), then after I resized it, it was teeny tiny... :sad_smile

Any help is appreciated...

I know that you can do it in PS or in PSE, but I think that it's just as easy to do it in Microsoft Paint. Once I have the layout ready, I just open up Paint and do Stretch/Skew. I reduce it to somewhere between 15 and 23% both horizontally and vertically. Usually that gets it down to just under 100 KB.

Photoshop has a Save For Web option that allows you to choose the quality at which you save the file. That is the way I have found works the best for me to save my layouts because it keeps them the right size. It does lower the quality a bit, but I really have no idea how to avoid that.

Okay, so I finally got it uploaded, but only at 45 ppi! There's got to be a better way!
