I have this sudden urge to get my house sorted..maybe it is the gorgeous spring weather that is urging me on dont know and not complaining but I need to do these things and the best way to stay motivated is to share with you guys!
So here goes:
Kitchen
- Clean Counters, Wash Floors etc.
- Sort out the Cupboards (including tupperware!)
- Clean out dh's mess on top of the refrigerator (I mean honestly he thinks it is a catch all and I am to short to get there without a ladder! lol!)
- Sort out under the sink
- Clean Windows and Blinds
- Clean the Oven
Living Room
- Clean, Dust, Vacuum and wash floors.
- Wash Windows and Curtains
- Sort out the Bookcases
- Sort Paper Work
- Remove 2008/2009 paper work and place in boxes.
- Sort out TV Cables
- Sort out DVD's and CD's etc.
- Sort Toys
- Wash Carpets
Dining Room and Hallway
- Dust, Clean and Wash Floors
- Sort out the dining cupboards etc.
- Wash Curtains and Windows
- Sort Hall Cupboard
- Sort Linen Cupboard
Spare Bedroom
- Dust, Clean and Wash Floors
- Wash Windows and Clean Blinds
- Sort Cupboard
Bathroom 1
- Clean and Wash Floors
- Sort Cupboard
Bathroom 2
- Clean and Wash Floors
- Sort Cupboard
- Wash Windows
Main Bedroom
- Clean, Dust and Wash Floors
- Wash Windows and Blinds
- Sort Changing Table and Baby Clothes
- Wash Carpet
Kids Room
- Clean, Dust and Wash Floors
- Wash Windows and Blinds
- Sort the Cupboard
- Sort out the Toys
Laundry Room
- Clean, Dust and Wash Floors
- Sort out the Cupboards
And for next week I will do my craft/kids play room.
This sounds like a lot but I will get it done!!! I will I will!!! lol! :giggle:

Goodness Mari, that's my cleaning plan for a whole month! My focus this week is the master bedroom and bathroom. I've already cleaned the windows this morning, and changed the sheets and cleaned the bathroom on Monday, so all there really is to do now is vacuum under the bed and retidy the closet.

I've been working hard on my house (last week's "get my life in order" really helped) and it's looking good, but now I'm going to work on the things that just never get done since I'm usually behind on the basics.
So here's my list:
Kitchen:
organize pantry (partway done)
go through fridge and throw out expired food
wash fridge shelves and drawers (one done)
mop floor
wash dishwasher
wash coffee pot
clean surfaces of coffee cupboard
Bathroom
sweep and mop
scrub tub and walls
dust
sink, toilet and mirror
Hallway
French door windows washed
clean mirror
sweep and mop floor
vacuum steps
Bedrooms
girls' toys and clothes away
Dining Room and Living Room
organize kids' books
clean out baskets next to DVD player
clean out magazines and books
make shelves look nicer
send broken shelf to work with DH to fix??
I'm sure I'll find more as I do these jobs but it's awesome to have new goals :good: We can do it!!

Oh my word, my eyes are crossing just looking at that list (and comparing it with my own house *sigh*). I HATE CLEANING. Just like sleeping. Major waste of time, in my opinion. Of course it needs to be done, and I do it, but rebelling the whole way!!! *lol*

This was my goal over the weekend and the beginning of the week since my boys are out of school for the week and I don't have to watch the clock.
Here's what I'm hoping to get accomplished the rest of the week:
• Find a donation place that will come pick up.
• Break down boxes in garage and put out for recycling on Weds night.
• Clean all 3 bathrooms.
• Wipe down fridge shelves.
• Clean up kids closet.
• Go through linen closet.
• Vacuum upstairs.
Will update the rest of my list later ... kids are being needy right now ;)

Same here...I always clean and there are the little things that pile up until they become BIG things!!! lol! Oh and I will have lots of stuff to donate too this week! I just really almost never make time for the house other than keeping it clean if you KWIM?:wink:

Okay I have not done much the past few days...I had a huge headache yesterday and today my dd was home again with pink eyes!!! :blink::blink::blink: Nooo! lol! But I am not losing hope!

I hurt my finger this morning (not badly, but enough to slow me down) so I'm not getting far on my list either.

The only thing I got crossed off my [short] list was to clean the bathrooms. It might just have to carry into next week. lol

Attend a baptism
Type up Presidency Meeting Minutes
Type up job descriptions for our Relief Society Board Members
Design the Visiting Teaching Handout for March
Do some exercise
Create this weeks 365 pages
Put together the Relief Society Newsletter for March
Go to our Ward Conference on Sunday

That's fantastic! My eyes got really wide when I saw all the red, until I remembered it's not Saturday MORNING for you right now. You've had a head start on the weekend :giggle:

Yay! I've done everything I wanted to do this weekend! Amazing how much you get done when the kids are away at their grandparents. They're not due back for another 24hrs though, so I have Monday allllllllllllllllll to myself, and all I have planned is a little house cleaning in the morning. Party at my house! :rockon:

(okay, how completely pathetic is it to long for a weekend alone to get CLEANING done?!?!?!! :rotfl:)
Yeah, I need a new list too. Most of last week's list plus new stuff....
