I had a penpal in France from grade 6 (1987) til a few years ago..She moved to England with her family.

I can read and understand a bit but my speaking of french isn't to good. Love to read and try to figure out what is being said.

I have never been to France and my french isn't too great but dd is bilingual. She is taking all her school lessons in french. I was thinking that maybe when she is done high school of sending her to France for a year to go to school. Take in some culture and get a feel for what it is like to live in an all french enviroment.
