So what's everyone up to this weekend? It's Friday here already....catch up people :giggle:
My In-laws have been here the last few days (hence less scrapping time). Tomorrow my daughters school is having a gala day, so we'll go to that, then hubby is taking his parents south, dropping them off at his sister's place. I'm going to stay home hopefully and maybe even get some scrapping done while they're gone. Church on Sunday from 9am-12pm then a relaxing afternoon with the family.
I bet some of you have a way more exciting weekend than mine, so dish....

Well, I'm keeping fingers crossed for some nice weather to do outside stuff. Planning a walk for Saturday. And a children's birthday party to go to on Sunday afternoon so we'll have time for cycling practice in the morning. And I need to find time to run at some point...
So not very exciting, really!

We're having my brother and his bride over for dinner on Sunday, and hopefully getting a date that evening . That means I'll be spending tomorrow and Saturday trying to get this house in order...

Surely your house is always spick and span and it wouldn't at all be embarrassing for someone to turn up unexpectedly!
Ahem,.
(Never could get the hang of the cleaning thing and my two small assistants are much more of a hindrance than a help )

DS has a skating lesson on Friday night, and his soccer windup party on the Saturday. Since DH is working this weekend, I guess that's the highlight of my weekend LOL!

This is our first weekend with soccer games again. Spring season has started! lol Thankfully the games run back to back this Saturday so we won't be sitting out there too long or driving there twice.
I'm hoping that DH will be home early enough today to pick up a crib from someone off CL and we are hoping the people who are coming Saturday evening to buy this pool table actually follow through.
Cleaning, organizing and catching up on stuff I've been waiting for DH to help with. And of course I think we have a Netflix movie that should appear in the mailbox today and DH will want to play some Xbox.

Camille and I are getting over a stomach flu - and I'm just praying to feel better this weekend :D
DH will be headed out of town on Monday & he's got lots of work to do before he leaves for the conference, so I suspect we'll be hanging close to home and I'll be trying to keep the girls out of his hair :giggle:

I have a lot of cleaning to do this weekend (blech) but it's going to be a beautiful one so hopefully we will get a lot of time outside. We're driving down to visit my brother on Sunday (he lives about 90 minutes away) and my kids are so excited to see their cousins!
Next weekend my BFF is performing at a comedy club in Philly so we're trying to figure out how to get down there (babysitting, anyone?? lol). So THAT will be fun if we go!

I was HOPING to start polyurethaning my floors but I got an email just now sent to headquarters from one of my clients and she copied me on it. It said "Donna and I will work on this over the weekend." Nice way to get informed of the change in my weekend plans! Grrrrr
BUT, it's money I need to earn so I'll just have to see how things play out.

DH is working yet again, so it'll be just like the regular week except that I won't be driving the girls to and from school (and, sadly, we won't have the distraction of school to entertain us). I'm going to try to get a start on building a raised garden bed for veggies while Molly sleeps. We'll see...

One child is off to bowling this morning, followed by the other's swimming lesson. We're hoping to play some Wii Olympics one of the evenings, and then have a family movie night the next. And of course get the kids outside to play in the rapidly increasing puddles. We've got half snow and half puddles here as everything melts. Beautiful warm, sunny, and bright days this weekend!

Weeeelllll - As I am in Paris - ENJOYINg it. :giggle:
Today we just mooched around our little appartment resting, playing cards and being together as a family.
We needed some down time after the last busy 5 days on the go. :thud:
