Uploading Avatar

I seem to have a problem uploading my new avatar.
I had it sized to 150x150 pixels already but everytime I upload an error message appears.
Even if i've already uploaded the new avatar, why is it that the old one still appears when I post my comments?
Can you help me, pls!

You have to clear your cookies. (Log out, clear, and re-login... that always does the trick!) :regular_s
