cannot login to store???

I'm trying to buy that awesome new kit from Nicole and Megs while it's on sale :wink: but it won't let me log in. I reset my password but it still isn't working.

Do you happen to have a different username/password for the store? (I do, which is why I ask.)

Are you using Internet Explorer? If you are, could you try Firefox? Sometimes our store doesn't like IE...

Huh. :huh: It's possible that if you're using Firefox, it's being too "helpful." It will occasionally try to use a different password for you if you've saved a password for a site in your settings. Have you tried manually typing everything?

Yep! Firefox... and I deleted my saved password for that very reason. It still didn't work, so I did a password reset... received the email link... went there and entered a new password. THEN I found the kit in the shop and added it to my cart, all is well until I hit the "checkout" button ... then it wants me to create a new profile.

Must you be so smart, and me so dumb!! I cleared EVERYTHING, except passwords, and it worked! Thank you! Now I have a new pretty little kit! :)

lol Nicole is pretty smart. I usually feel like I've scoured my brain and tried everything and then she says, "Did you do this?" and there ya go--it works. lol

LOL! Not smart--I've just tried to help a lot of people after you do that enough, you start to see patterns. :smile:
