June 2006 instructions: You’ll need 6 photos for this design. Notice the balance that is created with the photo groupings gravitated to the opposite corners of the layout. Place your title wherever it works best, but I suggest the less-expected bottom of the page. Your journaling should work well under the two photos on the left. Deadline: January 26, 2006.
July 2006 instructions: A dramatic, enlarged, tall photo creates a focal point on this layout. Add 10 smaller, square photos across the bottom of the layout and a standard-sized print at the top right corner for balance. Finish your look with a title that crosses through the middle of the layout and some journaling off to the right. Deadline: January 26, 2006.
3. When your layout is complete, e-mail an electronic version to editorial@creatingkeepsakes.com (editorial@creatingkeepsakes.com). Be sure to include “One Sketch, Many Looks” in your subject line. Include a supplies list for the layout as well.
You can also send color copies or photographs of the layouts to:
