Can't delete Siggy

Hi, I don't know if this is the right place to put this. I wanted to make my signature bigger and I clicked the box to delete the smaller one. It said I cannot delete it because it is in use. How do I delete it so I can put in the larger version? And I also can't figure out how to center it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

in your
Settings
Edit Signature
you have preview and edit signature box
click on edit signature box, clear the siggy
then add the new one
to center look next to the B I U, then lines? the 2nd one will center it.
Hit preview to see if you have it right?
