Wow I've never heard of this magazine. I'm assuming it's new but the copyright info says 2004. I would love to know more about the magazine but the site doesn't really have much info.

I'm not sure what happened, but the magazine was in the works a couple years ago, but stuff happened, and it's now getting back on track. ScrappyChick used to be a message board as well.

Looking at the site itself, it almost looks like they want photos and not layouts. But from the name of the site, I'd have to go with layouts! It's just that the images on their are strictly photographs, kwim?

I guess I'll drop them an email to find out more! Thanks for the heads up!
