Template Challenge - Jan 30th

Hi and welcome to the TCD template challenge at the end of the month. Wow, what did I say, end of the month??? January really flew by, don't you think so?

OK, but I's time to struggle your mind one last time in this month. Here is your template, just start creating. You can flip it, rotate it or do whatever you want to come up with a page you really like.

hello, I wonder if anyone can be of any technical help!? I have downloaded the template as a zip file - no problem, but when I try to unzip it, it turns into a "cpgz" file - which is something I can't open in photoshop. I have tried converting it to a psd or tif file, but with no luck. any ideas?!? thanks

For what it's worth, I just downloaded and unzipped and it is fine - one jpg, one layered psd and a tou file.

I tried it again, still getting a cpgz file, which has the same icon as the zip file, and I can't even see what is in it. how wierd! :o(

is there any chance you could email me the layered psd file? (my little son is asleep, so this is it, my big chance to do it! and I'm trying to complete all 10 challenges this month, this is my last one, so I'm a little on the desperate side!! lol!) I don't know how to send you a private message with my email address, but maybe you know?!?

I am on a mac, not a PC - but I didn't think that made any difference??

thanks, I have read throught that, but the info is from 2009 and the answer "springy" is no longer available, so I still can't open it. I've tried all teh other tips, and no luck. I am able to open all other links and templates that I have tried form these challenges, so I am a bit puzzled. What will happen if I just replacte the template as closely as I can, will it still count on the challenge?

I had no problem downloading or unzipping the PSD file. Here is my LO using it and Resolutions 2012 by Kimeric Kreations from the Digichicks Store

Could it be the unzip program you are using that is messing up your file?

I think that's the fastest I've ever scrapped a page :) I always end up with a bunch of silly pictures when I try to take photos of hubby...I swear he's like a two year old!

Corrin, glad you solved the problem but in future, you sure can use the template just as a sketch. It's not necessary to use exactly what you see in the preview.
