Hey chicks! Sorry I haven't been on here to talk about this sooner... but be ready for a new workshop I'll be running, starting this Monday, March 6th.

Emotions Anonymous: A 12-Step Workshop

This workshop will guide you as you explore the emotions that make you who you are. Emotions shape our ideas, change our behavior and map out our personalities. Each week I will post a new emotion with prompts that will help you explore what this emotion means to you and what effect it has on your life. At the end of the 12 weeks you will have an album that is unlike any all-about-me album you've created yet.
